The message I get from Kerik's Facebook photo is a little different. I see a 72-bottle "workout machine" that has been nearly emptied, at least a dozen "free bottle weights" just behind him that may or may not already be open or emptied, and just below his right arm a medieval sword that will presumably be crafted into a shiv before the end of January.
It's kind of the exact opposite of the Spanx-or-no-Spanx conundrum for the ladies.
