Dave,

Truth Crushed was the best HOP album, particularly lyrically. Divine Styler/Ev killed it. Dboy was going through some tough personal issues – a big reason the group disbanded at the release party, not a year later like you report. And if they disbanded because of you, perhaps they are together again to spite you – check La Coka Nostra and the fact that they are doing tours together again and rumor has it a new album. Dan White of UFC of all ppl is pushing for them to do it.

If Dave is free to speculate that his entirely warranted takedown of group that needed breaking up was, somehow, motivated by an unconscious desire to earn his stripes at Vibe, the I feel free to speculate that somewhere in that same unconscious, he still wants credit for breaking up HoP.
