Oh, Mike Bloomberg: "You know, last time I checked, pharmaceutical companies don't make a lot of money, their executives don't make a lot of money – not that they couldn't do better." That was on the radio this morning, says Liz Benjamin. Oh but. After a commercial break, "the mayor said he had done a quick Google search and discovered that some big drug company execs are actually 'making a decent amount and more than a decent amount.'" So this is one of the ways in which having the richest man in New York City as mayor is extremely unhelpful.

Big Pharma has more money than God. (They have great cost-cutting tactics like testing drugs on helpless unsuspecting third world poor people who would die anyway, right?)

GIVE THAT BIRD A COLUMN.
STRONGLY AGREE.
WHAT DOES HE KNOW?
The reason graduation rates have risen under Mr. Bloomberg is that GED's now count as graduation.
Leave my favorite mayor alone! He did what everyday Americans do and turned to Google and then he did what no Americans will ever do and admitted he was wrong!
Why aren't you showing us the other photos, Choire?? The one where the Eagle crapped on Mayor Bloomberg. And the one where the Mayor smiled dreamily with eagle poo all over his face. And the secret cellphone vid where the Mayor talks about his deep and abiding love for raptors, and especially Egbert, his secret friend who always wears a white hat?
We want the truth!
