The mood is "sort of festive" outside the New Hampshire high school where President Obama is scheduled to hold a town hall meeting on health care at 1 PM this afternoon. In fact, one protester is so jovial that he's packing heat, which is completely legal and should probably just be seen as a cheerful celebration of the Second Amendment rather than a provocative display of intimidation. Can't you just feel the festivity in the air?

I hope that jackass realizes how many snipers have their sights on him.
on the front page of The Awl, this story is sporting the "Burglarizing Bears" clip, not the Townhall/gun-BEARer" clip...hth
It was only a matter of time. It's amazing it took them 7 months.
I knew if I watched that whole clip that a church would be involved somehow.
Um, "sort of festive?" The sign he is holding isn't a simple "rah, rah, rah, guns are great" sign. "No threat made?" It is a allusion to the scary Jefferson quote: "The tree of liberty must be refreshed from time to time with the blood of patriots and tyrants." A man with a gun and a delusional grievance that close to Obama...great.
/The right scares me.
