Toxic Assets Explained In Way Even Fattest Americans Can Understand


Via Jason Linkins, who found it on Consumerist, here's a great explanation of where the toxic assets TARP was designed to relieve are. Or maybe I'm just really hungry right now.

It's excellent, although he's overestimating my familiarity with gravy making on this one.

He knows nothing about making gravy. You use the fat to make the roux which thickens the gravy and adds flavor.

Wow. There is not a single Native English-speaking accent that he does not exhibit markers of at one point or another (well, I guess there isn't any Welsh or Indian). It's like an irritating roller coaster ride for the ears.
