So didn't my postman just tell me that he's only getting Saturday off? That no one is getting Friday or Monday… making for the usual two day weekend, despite the occasion?

I told him: ' well yeah, I guess if you actually have a job at all right now, you shouldn't be expecting Any perks. Not even for the 4th of July.

This brings to mind the atheist Summercamp Richard Dawkins is setting up in the England. I love atheism and all but any Summercamp not explicitly and exclusively dedicated to providing a complete simulacra of the Camp North Star (Meatballs) experience is pointless.
