That is a perfect capsule review, also, for "Pirates of the Carribean 3," which I caught for the first time on cable the other night (the first hour anyway - that's all I could stand).
As toy-turned-movie franchises go, I much prefer the "Tinker Toys" films.
Especially "Tinker Toys 3: Revenge of the Green-Bladed Windmill of Terror." That was really the high point of the series.
