This sounds like that model quoted on jezebel recently, who complained that a photographer was molesting her but the money for the shoot was so good that it just wasn't fair that she couldn't just walk out and won't someone do something about it?

“'Young people have more of a social conscience now, or they’re being encouraged to develop one,' said Furco, who runs the school’s Office for Public Engagement."

As opposed to America under Dubya, where young people were encouraged to develop a stiff backhand slap to be delivered to the other inhabitants of the planet.

At Harvard University in Cambridge, Massachusetts, hundreds of staffers are relieved that they no longer have to fight the temptation work in their lousy paying jobs, President Faust said."

$200k worth of education (not including prep) and these people still need outside help to save them from themselves?

Okay then. Here's a round of poo sandwiches. You're welcome. My bill will be arriving shortly.

But that guy changed his name so he could get the President's job, right? Like he made some kind of deal? What would that be called again??

Tuna Surprise (#573)

"That guy" is a lady.

I think the term for when you assume a high-ranking individual is a man is "sexist".

Hez (#147)

"Well of course I'm sexy. I'm SUPPOSED to be sexy."

(We would have also accepted "too fucking lazy to click the link and read the story.")

Tuna Surprise (#573)

All is forgiven. In your defense, she could easily be a contestant on "old man or European lesbian".

I remember sodomizing the captain of the Harvard Swim team a few years ago…

This has nothing to do with the post–just throwing down my Ivy League bona fides.

ehhh. I am made tired by my own bad comments.

Why is there no "remove" button for those moments of bad behavior?

If you think that's bad behavior, you're on the wrong blog. Welcome home, pervert.

I vote this for the next serialized story on here.

I only hope that if North Korea makes good on its supposed threat to launch a missile at Hawaii on July 4th, they'll nuke a lot of these Crimson tumors enjoying their destination weddings.

Amherst College: where old money finally runs dry.

They'll get over it.

Mass migration of Indian engineers from 2000 clandestine engineering schools from India which take pupils with 40% marks can provide much support for cheap labor.
Now you can outsource living to India and take a big nap.

I'm not making a value judgment either way on the Harvard grads, but I find the statement itself easy to believe. When I graduated from Middlebury a few years ago, there was an extremely prevalent attitude that if you could get a ridiculously high-paying Wall Street job, you were a fool not to.
