Things You Should Read: GQ's Coal Disaster Story

YEESHThe other day I mocked GQ's fashion styling. And just now I looked at their Levi Johnston photoshoot, which ended with me screaming "I DON'T UNDERSTAND ANYTHING" and slamming shut that window. However! I finally read the amazing eastern Tennessee coal disaster story! A++! Excellent transaction! Would do business again!

I don't subscribe to any magazines, but my boyfriend does, which results in me reading GQ and Rolling Stone in the bathroom. That coal disaster story was a random, unexpectedly great article to find in the back of GQ.

An acre-foot, for those reading and still breathing, equates to a one foot depth of something (usually water) covering an acre of ground. So, here there were 1600 acre-feet of this shit rolling through the Kentucky hollows.

We kill ourselves to make money, and ain't nothing gonna stop us but that ol' Angel of Death.
