A reader asks: "Can you translate this thing into English, please? Scott in today's Times, writing on The Girlfriend Experience. We think we know?
Basically, having seen less of her porn than apparently Scott has (as I have seen exactly none of it), that means "She only does hardcore slut porn in knee socks but sometimes she wears glasses and Twitters whilst getting double-teamed."
As for the rest of the review—can't parse it!
I thought that was a great review. And, while I don't know if she's gone as far as sharing a cup with another girl, she's done some pretty extreme stuff. I'm told.

She has the same enthusiasm as a blogger at a startup. She makes it seem like she doesn't even care if she gets paid for that shit.
I've seen a few of hers, and essentially she acts like an over-aggressive male porn star, yelling instructions at her partner. She's famous for her first porn with Rocco Siffredi (when she was 18) in which she asked him to punch her in the stomach. He readily obliged.
I'd watch that.
To watch her get punched in the gut, right? Because I cannot in any other way reconcile this statement with what I believe to be a very sophisticated appreciation of fine things Italiano! (Then again, I was pretty surprised by this byline.)

"She exhibits enormous amounts of enthusiasm about gagging on things that have just been stuck in her butt" is the most precise translation.
Funnily, the line says "what she is willing to do" rather than what she wants to do, which sets up the frame of the review quite nicely.
I'm sure the same goes for most of us, and what we have to do, rather than want to do, to earn a living.
