So even though it's raining right now, there's a gigantic four-alarm fire blazing in the Lower East Side. And if you're like me and trying to figure out why your entire apartment smells like smoke, here's what we know so far:
According to @daveyarmon the fire is at a, "Hong Kong Supermarket at E Broadway & Pike St, Manhattan, along w/ adjoining 5-story tenement."
@AnnetteFrey says that fire department has asked people to evacuate all the way to up to Broome.

If searching Twitter isn't live enough for you, there's also a chat session currently happening at theBravest.com, a FDNY fansite (seriously), that has breaking news on the fire as well, not to mention commentary on tonight's episode of Grey's Anatomy ("Guest" thinks "Katherine Hiegel" will be back next season!).
