As a registered black person from Da 'Hood I have to agree with johnny_virtue regarding Michael Steele. He's the dude whose mother never let him play with the other neighborhood kids because they were "too ghetto" for her precious son to associate with. I know parents like this and their kids tend to grow up to become black radicals or buppies who work overtime to be down…but only in certain company, as required.
