Black People Skewing Surveys Of Real American Opinions

There's a recurring Republican talking point-although I've seen ostensibly unbiased pollsters use it too-that Democratic policies are actually less popular than they appear to be because we allow black people to have opinions now. The Washington Independent's David Waigel examines the latest instance.
